WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Every item now has an approximate delivery date. This is stated under the add to cart button.
We do our best to ship as quickly as possible after the order is placed. This does depend on how backed up we are or our supplier is. Items that have longer shipping and production times will be specified in the item description itself. Please read the descriptions thoroughly.
As we grow, we will add more items manufactured in house as we want to provide as many US made products as possible. Some items cannot be sourced in the states as of now, but we do our due diligence and work with awesome companies that do fantastic expedient work.
Our guarantee is to make sure you are satisfied. Check each item's description carefully as the items that take longer to produce are notated.

There is a risk for packages not ever arriving to final destinations going to the UAE, Israel, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Portugal, Austria, Mexico and areas in South Africa.
How long will it take for my package to be delivered once shipped?
For our made to order items, once your order is placed online, there will be an in house processing time, usually 3-5 business days but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-14 business days before your order is shipped.
Once your order is shipped, First class mail in the U.S. should take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be delivered and Priority mail should take 2-3 business days in the U.S.. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number for you to track your package.
International Packages:
Once shipped, International packages to Canada or Australia can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive from the US.
To any other international destination, shipping may take anywhere from 3 weeks to 180 days to arrive by USPS International shipping as per USPS shipping times.
How do customs fees apply to International packages?
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Any Packages returned due to customs fee not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
How do I report a missing or lost package?
Edens Twist will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: contact@edenstwist.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see what we can do to help. We highly recommend the package insurance option on orders over $75.
International Missing packages: For lost or missing International packages, We will not send out a second package. We will offer, on a case to case basis a refund minus shipping costs. We will not refund shipping costs for any missing or lost international packages.
Return to Sender packages: All packages retuned back to Edens Twist will not be refunded for shipping costs, only for the price of the the items. We will hold return to sender packages for a month for reshipment in the U.S. Canada and Australia. After that time we will return the items back into Edens Twist inventory.
